"I worked with Day and I would highly recommend her. She responded promptly and thoroughly. A woman who “doesn’t let any grass grow under her feet” (as the saying goes). She contacted her sources for information and explanations and she thoroughly (from what I could tell) reviewed with me our coverage. She got back to me within a hour as she said she would. If you want someone who is active, takes initiative, wants to provide complete info and is timely, then I would suggest you ask for Day at this agency."

"I’m a currently a policy holder. And my experience with Ms. Theresa and Jallah have be outstanding these two members are honestly the only reason why I haven’t switched my insurance yet. What I get from them both representatives are clear communication, breakdowns of why my bill is… check up calls when they haven’t seen consistency on my end.. emails to remind of what we spoke about in detail. I feel the members go out of there way to make sure my concerns are met. Even though it’s actually their job lol. But I definitely appreciate all that they do for me and I highly recommend State Farm but only as a package deal if you get MS. Theresa Roberts or MR. Jallah Colvin"

"When my husband and I decided to switch insurances many companies called. When Mrs. Carmen called from State Farm she was most helpful right away.
