I DON'T like people LYING Especially Walter Jones (shame on You)Ms. Day was great!! Fast forward to March I was told my insurance was gonna DECREASE in April . Well that turned out to be a LIE !!!! My Insurance didn't Decrease it stayed the same$500 1 Car 😤 . I decided to shop around to find cheaper Car insurance. After shopping around I find out that Walter Jones Office had put the Incorrect information in the Lexisnexis data system allegedly stating that my Car accident was my fault 😳
How could've you typed that FALSE info knowing my Car was PARKED when it was a Hit and Run as stating in the police report. Further more I called the office and requested that they Correct the FALSE REPORT and Delete it and Put the Correct information regarding my case.
I was told 4-26-26 We NOT CHANGING NOTHING!!! OK BE VERY CAREFUL WITH ME!!! Fast forward I have New Insurance coverage with a BETTER Insurance company 🙌 and I have also Emailed the Corporate office ,filed MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS with the BBB
The same way you input data into the system the same way you go back and change it!!! Dah
