"State Farm pisses me off on the daily (all insurance companies do it’s not their fault), but THIS PARTICULAR branch is why I won’t leave State Farm. "What a great company, and what great people! Had an accident which was completely my fault. Within the hour State Farm had arranged a shop which is repairing my vehicle even as we speak. Also arranged a loaner car for me. Was very concerned State Farm would cancel my insurance policy. Multiple people assured me that that would not happen, and I was thanked for having a great driving record. They insisted I was a great customer and State Farm was fortunate to have me as a customer. Everyone was so professional, kind and courteous. I would never,ever, consider doing business with any other insurance! I thank everyone I spoke with for such excellent customer service!!!!"
